This was my first time to order flowers thorough Overstock. I was quite pleased over all, although the ordering process never gave me a chance to write anything for the card or at least say who they were from which was odd. If I would have had that opportunity I would have rated this a 5 star. However, they were fresh and beautiful according to my mother. The bouquet was well packaged and Fed-EX delivered and placed box between the two front doors so they would not be out in the cold temperatures which was very thoughtful. I will use Club O again for flowers, with no shipping charge is it wonderful!

the flowers were a gift to my sister in wi. it was a nice warm gift full of spring colors. she enjoyed them alot
