I ordered this guitar for my 3 year old son for Christmas and I expected a guitar for a child. The quality of this guitar is nothing short of amazing. The amp works well although the sound is of average quality. My only complaint is with the description which clearly states that a guitar cord is included. After numerous calls, live chats and emails with OverStock customer service, I finally gave up getting one and went to my local Guitar Center and bought one for $20.00. The guitar receives a 5 star from me but OverStock's customer service receives 2 stars.
