Bought these to give as a christmas present. Good value. Slight mark on top of larger box but not a big deal

I was so excited to order these boxes based on previous reviews. sounded like a great price for a couple great boxes. I got them as a gift and was quite dissapointed in the quality. Both boxes have nicks in them. It looks like someone tried to fill in one nick with a totally different color of stain. The different color reed section in the middle has over spray from the stain on it all around the edges, on BOTH boxes. I'd say the boxes aren't a good value at all. If I would have seen them at the store for the same price I would not have purchased them.

Exceptional quality boxes. I wasn't sure what to expect, but these are extremely fine quality....much better than the picture depicts. The price is unbelievably low for the quality of work.

That's a basketball term I just learned from my son! I loved these boxes. The quality, especially considering the price, is quite good. There is a small scratch on one of the boxes, but it's hardly noticible so I did not return it. Because of the design it's really only recognizable if you are searching for it. I know that Overstock would happily re-send a new set if I wanted-they are a great company. I purchased these to store tarot cards in. They fit well with lots of room to spare for my crystals, silk, dragonsblood, etc. The larger box could be used for many other things. Actually the smaller box could too. The latches are sturdy, well designed and executed. I think the latches give the design an edge and definitely guarantee the security of the lid. I am thrilled with these and would purchase more if I had a use for them.

I am extremely pleased with the set of 2 wooden boxes. They are well made and very attractive. In particular, I love the curving latch. It keeps them shut tight and is very pretty and unique. I plan to buy another set or two, for myself and as a gift.

These two boxes look great. Very classy design with the clasps and the wook looks nice. The two different sizes look great together. They could serve perfect as small storage places and/or as a great addition to the decor of a room. If you're thinking about buying them I highly recommend it, especially for the price!
