I had a hard time finding jewelry armoires that weren't overly expensive, so this one fit the bill. It wasn't as "pretty" as I had hoped, and certainly doesn't fit my modern style. Plus I found 6 different styles at a store that were more modern so I was a little disappointed with this one. Functionally, it does the job. It has lots of space for all your jewelry and you can take out and rearrange the drawers to fit your needs. There are a couple drawers with no compartments, and then a couple with compartments for smaller items like earrings. The one issue I had with the armoire from a functional standpoint is the mirror. I read other reviews that also complained about this so I'm not surprised, but the mirror was falling out almost immediately. However the company is fixing it to the cover, it's not working. I was considering buying some heavy duty glue to fix it myself. Overall, if you either aren't picky about what it looks like or you like a more "old-fashion" or victorian style than this one would fit your needs. I'd recommend it to anyone that needs ample storage space for their jewelry - just get your glue gun ready to fix the mirror!

this i an average product. the legs are a bit long for the product so it can tip very easily. it works fine and is a good price.

This is a very beautiful chest for the money. It did have one small nick in the finish, but I was ok with it. It was up underneath a handle, so it's nor real visible. It was very easy to assemble and looks great with the rest of my furniture.

This armoire looks great and it is pretty solid. Assembly was easy, and I am pleased to say that I did not experience the problem with the mirror that other people have reported. On the unit I received, one of the swing-out sides does not line up correctly when closed, and this causes a noticeable gap between the side door and main body when that side is closed. Other than that, this armoire is very nice. ASSEMBLY NOTE: Attaching the legs is a lot easier if you have a stubby (or right-angle) #2 phillips screwdriver on hand.

this was a xmas present for my mother in law and it was a real hit. It took my husband maybe 30 min to put it together and looks fantastic.

For the money, this was higher quality then I thought it would be. Very easy to put together and looks very nice.

This is a pretty little chest, and seems fairly sturdy. We had some trouble putting it together, as one of the screw holes was not in alignment... ended up giving up on getting that screw in. Also, there was a scratch in the wood that needed some touchup. Otherwise, I am pleased.

This is a potentially beautiful piece, but not one I would want to display openly. I bought it for my dressing room, so the flaws don't really make it worth returning. The top that lifts up to show the mirror has multiple scratches on it, and the veneer is lifting on the front. For a closet area, it's fine, but it wouldn't be good for show, and it appears that it wouldn't stand up to lots of use. Design is really lovely, but quality is poor.

This is as advertized would like to give more stars but just received this Armoire. It was easy to assemble. Looks good, and I am sure I will get years of use

What a pure pleasure it was to shop on-line for this gift. I bought 2, one for each of my daughters. They arrived quickly and look beautiful. There is plenty of room for long necklaces and lots of drawers for many other jewelry items to be displayed. It was easy to assemble, sturdy and makes a great addition to the bedroom furniture.We are all so happy with the entire process of purchasing the product from Overstock.com.

This was a gift, but opened the box to double check everything and it looks very pretty.Nice detail on the pulls and beautiful wood tone.Best price I've seen on this in years.

The item looks very nice. It stands a bit short, need to be seated to use the mirror. Not made of real wood, probably pressed recycled or left over material. Drawers fit loosely in the slots and easily will pull completely out, need a stop.

This jewelry chest is solid wood, easy to assemble (took less than 10 mins.) and looks great! I am very happy I purchased this. The price was also reasonable. I am very picky and frugal; this piece is sturdy and a great buy.

Beautiful jewelry chest that I purchased for my wife for our anniversary. Seems to be excellent quality and easily assembled. The necklace hooks on the left side were missing, and it took nearly a month to get the parts. No run around, I just think customer service moves on a glacial time scale. Other than that, I would recommend this product to anyone. Cheaper than any other that I found on the net.
