I decided to treat myself by ordering this guitar and practice amp. I played a little guitar 35 years ago but nothing too serious. I love this guitar! Not a day has gone by since it arrived that I don't take the time to practice at least 30-60 minutes. It plays smoothly, stays in tune very well, and the practice amp is all you need to get started. For the money it is a great guitar. For learning and initial playing of the guitar, I don't think you can go wrong. I am every so happy with this guitar. Plays easily, sound it great, what more do you need??? I recommend without reservation, this guitar setup if you are interested in making some commitment to guitar playing.

I researched many starter packages and this one seemed to be everything I wanted. It got here on time, quick, price was very competitive and it had everything promised. It was a gift and I haven't heard how it sounds yet, but he seemed thrilled with the guitar package. Would recommend.
