I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. My daughter is not quite a teenager and I was looking for a nice (and bigger) jewelry box then the one she received as a 6 year old. This is not huge but I think very appropriate for a young lady who is starting to collect some nice jewelry. I think it will serve her well until she is about 18 years old. At that time she can use this as travel case and I will get her a bigger leather box-like jewelry case (12 x 10). This is an adorable box and in my opinon not too small and not too big - great tweenager color as well!

I got this cuz I'm a purple nut. Didn't really need it but it is working really well as we travel around in our TV. Great to take with me & stuff in a cubby. Has good storage space & I use it all!
