I sent this item to my son-in-law as a gift. He said it was just the item he was looking to purchase for himself so it was just propiciou that he received it as a gift. He did say it was well made and just the right size for his use. Yes I would recommend this as a useful and well made item to friends and family.

I purchased this 'valet' as a x-mas gift for a male friend. He was very happy with it and uses it ... says it's helped him to become a bit more 'organized' as he's able to put all of his gadgets in one place. The item came well packed and looked nice and durable. I've seen the same for a lot more money so this was definitely a good buy.

This product LOOKS awesome online which is WHY I purchased it.I bought two. One for myself and One for my boyfriend.It appears to have TWO drawers. There is ONLY one. The top knob is for looks. The actual drawer is so shallow and very small and LOW. The top where you are supposed to lay your cell phones was broken. The wood pieces it was supposed to rest on were laying inside. They appear to just be wood glued on. So the top shelf just falls in. There isnt any soft velvety type material to rest your cell unit on like Most vallet's I have seen. It looks fairly decent sized, but considering you stuff your plugs in the back compartment, it has ONE drawer not two, and the front compartment is so shallow as well it really doesnt hold much! What a huge dissapointment. The dividers in which to place three cell units or what have you, need to be adjustable as my cell phone requires a charger that sticks out beyond the width of the space. So far this unit has been useless, and a huge dissapointment!

I purchased this for the sole purpose of my husband putting his things all in one place...I previously gave him a bowl but his things were soon overflowing the bowl; I then gave him a bigger bowl and again overflow onto the counter....so I was on a mission to find something that would work for him and also keep my kitchen counters clean and uncluttered. It is kind of big, the top drawer is really NOT a drawer at all..only the bottom is really a drawer and not very deep at all..you could put pens and pencils in it but nothing big like a wallet. I have Blackberry storm and the charging opening on the phone is on the side of the phone so it does not lay flat in charging station because charging station has opening only on back not on side, but it still works. Overall I like the product, but find it is big on my kitchen counter. There is another one by the same company that looks just like this one except it has only one drawer...the two drawer one like I have allow for the deepness of the space above the drawer. Hope this helps someone to make a decision about getting it or not getting it.n My husband has been out of town since I received charging station so I can't really say if it is working for clutter control yet, I have to wait for him to get home and actually use it (I hope he will use it and not my counters.....he said he would use it....we shall see).

The charging station is a good product overall. I had a problem with the included power strip. It dosen't allow enough room between outlets to plug in any more than two chargers because the plugs overlap the other outlets. Should have been one that has spacing for charger type plugs. The station is well made and stylish.
