  I ordered a potted gardenia for my mother on Mother's Day because they are her favorite. Instead, they sent her an azalea. I am aware of the disclaimer about sending an alternate product but in my opinion, an azalea is not the equivalent of a gardenia in either quality or price. Again, this will be the last purchase I will make from Overstock.com.

  I was very disappointed when I saw the packaging... It's a small plastic pot, 6x7x7 inches. The "succulent garden" is not "Deluxe".

  • How accurate was the sizing? nothing there is 24.25 inches. It's a tiny pot . The hight is 6 inches, and the width is 7 inches.
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Does not look good. Plastic pot.

  The plant arrived later than expected, in good condition, ready to bloom. The greeting was not enclosed.

  The plant was delivered in a timely fashion, and was in good condition. The card was not included, however, and it was a gift.

  This was sent as a Get Well gift to co-worker. First, the order was sent to my home instead of to the person the gift was intended for. after OS did a nice job in resending, etc. I waited to hear from the recipient...nothing for 6 days. Finally, contacted her and found out there was NO giftcard in the package. She had no idea who sent the gardenia! The OS customer care representative put the giftcard info in the file. We went over the spelling, etc. Probably an error by the vendor. All-in-all not happy about this particular order history. I never ordered flowerd from them before and will not in the future! JB
