I needed something for two cats to travel in the car. This fits the bill - it is large, soft, and the cats seem to enjoy it. The bottom is soft so I marked it down for durability. There is nothing hard about this - it will scrunch down nicely when I am not using it. The zippers are all two way so that it nice. The color is almost neon pink so my daughter likes it. A good price.

I bought it as a "travel house" for my (small) dog and it fits really well! It is big enough for him to stand up there, turn around, and of course lie down and sleep. I do not love the color so much, but it is not bad. As someone said before - it is not good for cats. We have a cat too and I let her to come inside the "house" and she really liked it BUT started to chew the zipper right away.

Really cute however the puppy chewed her way out the first time she was in it. Would probably be perfect for a small mature dog.

I was not dissappointed when I received the pet house. It is cute, durable, sturdy and practical and the chihauhau loves it.
Just wish it was available in more colors from which to choose from instead of the hot pink.
