I tend to like the hopper beers but made this one for everyone else. I have used this brand of brew ingredient kits many time before and always had good luck with them. This kit arrived incredibly fast and the ingredients appeared fresh. The dry yeast began fermenting within hours of pitching, a very good sign. The only thing I would say is that this is supposed to be Pilsner but came with Ale yeast. Not a big issue for me, but traditionalists would not approve. I have always found Ale yeast easier to use. I will get their California Common kit next which I have brewed in the past and loved it.

There was very fast shipping on this item! I got this as a gift for someone and the box does come labeled. I didn't realize you needed the equipment as well, but he loved it! Good purchase all in all.
