I bought the (up to 20 Pounds) I-Go2 to transport my Boston Terrier on the New York City Subway.the I-Go2 looks cool online, but actually is designed poorly. It's to big and clunky with very little room for the poor little dog inside. There is no instructions, very uncomfortable for the dog and the person using it as a backpack (it's awful!). The wheels are impractical because of the backpack straps which get caught. The dog can't sit up right, nor is comfortable laying on the hard, unpadded bottom.This product is a nightmare, and I've already threw it out and replaced it with something more practical, stylish, and comfortable for my little doggie.
I purchased this bag for a 14lb Havanese.However, he can not sit up straight in the bag or lie down, the bag is too small.It say's for dogs up to 20 pounds, no way.It is a great bag for smaller dogs.I have to return it..............

My cat loves this carrier. i leave it open for him and i often find him sleeping in there. it must be very comfortable in there. not to mention that it is very cute to roll around or carry or how ever you want to use it. it is great!!!
