We received this pasta set as a gift and are embarrassed for the people who sent it to us. The pot itself is a red cheap alumn. and we are concerned that the sauce and such inside is past its expiration. Please don't waste your money on this set - especially if its a gift.

I bought this as a gift for my dad so since it was shipped to him, I never actually saw it myself. He really liked it though and was fond of the pot that has the strainer on the lid of it. It's a cute present idea.

Had this sent directly to a friend for housewarming gift. She said that it was awesome.

The pasta pot was scratched and dented just a little bit. Not too bad though. The pasta was a small amount. I don't think it would feed four. I bought it for a couple. It would be good for 2 people. The treat inside was melted inside but I understand being in a box would do that. Overall, it was great and the recipient loved it. I would recommend that you buy it for sure. It was a really nice combination of stuff inside and treats for after dinner. I'll buy it again for sure.

My friend and her family loved this New Year's gift. The pot works great for pasta she said and the pasta and sauce were tasty. A good choice for a cook who makes a lot of pasta.

I gave the post pot for a gift and it was well-received. The quality of the pot was "not the best" but it wasn't real cheap either. I would buy it again.

I sent this to my friends mom for mother's day , she loved it. At first she thought it was too spicey but discovered she could eat it.

I come from an Italian family, so Grandma's sauce and Grandma's pasta have always been known as the best. But I've been away at college and thought it would to send my parents and my younger brother a fun Italian dinner at home......and I scored....they loved it! They thought the pasta was great and even my mom said that the sauce was almost as authentic as grandmas. If you ask me this gift is a bang for your buck!
