The chocolates are indeed elegant in flavor and texture and the presentation is quite nice, especially at the sale price. My only disappointment was that, regardless of the guarantee, the basket was delivered 2 days after Mother's Day.

Some of the items seemed to have been melted. This could have been due to the fact that the item was late arriving for Mother's Day. And, the packages of chocolate were rather small.

I sent this to my grandmother and she loved it!! The food was so good, she loved the cookies and fudge especially.

I sent this to my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. She has a sweet tooth and I was sure she would appreciate it more than flowers. We waited and waited for a thank-you call but none came. Finally, we called her. She had gotten the basket and really liked it but there was no card and our name was not printed anywhere so she had no idea who it was from. Since the address it was sent from was in MN, she assumed it was her son out there! I would say Overstock needs to work on this. I did not see the basket when it arrived so I can't comment on the appearance but she was very pleased with it and it had a lot of variety. I think it was a good value since the shipping was free and the quality of the food was excellent .

I sent two of these to two mothers, they both enjoyed them.
