I have two other Luna acoustic guitars, both are excellent, an Oracle Zen & a passion flower Parlor guitar. This electric (manufactured in China by DEAN Guitars) was all wrong, fit, finish and overall quality was terrible. The bridge was mounted in the wrong position so intonation was imposable. There is no upside here, if you want a Luna go with something else. I did however receive a full refund from Overstock.

once set up properly, this guiter plays really well. the tuners are disposable and a set of real ones is a must. the humbuckers have a nice growl to them. the tone capacitor is unusable as well and i recommend replacing it with a sprague cap . guitar is unbalanced when hanging on your neck. wood body is beautiful and the neck had no flaws. will but another for my grandson.

I was pleased with the visual beauty of this instrument, especially since I had never purchased one without seeing it first! I am a relative beginner on guitar, so I don't know everything to look for in an electric, but my guess is that sound quality-wise, it is middle-of-the-road. Then again, it's also middle-of-the-road price-wise. The satin finish feels great, especially sliding down the neck. Due to the solid wood and long neck, it is a little heavy (about 7 pounds). Also, the included strings aren't the best--would recommend upgrading them when it's time to change them. But if this guitar is priced in the range you want to spend, I think you'll be pleased.

was damaged the frets needed work one was popped out and it was unplayable when it arrived...you could tell the fretboard had been hit it was dented...but it feels goos a bit of neck dive but its not too bad once i get new pickups it wil me a fine work guitar...

Having played many guitars over the years and having lost almost all of them all to theft, I decided to buy one sight unseen from Overstock.com. Not only was I happy with the free shipping and value, but the quality of the guitar was simple superb. Out of the box with the factory strings I tuned it and plugged it into my PC Studio and the sound was fantastic. The fret action was similar to my $4,000 guitar which I had had custom made for me many years ago. I would recommend this guitar to anyone from first time beginners to old time players like myself and enjoy not having to pay an arm and a leg for it. Hats off to OVERSTOCK.COM.I will be back for sure for more, and have many times since that order and everything I've gotten was a great deal. It pays to shop around for the best price and Overstock.com has it every time!!!!!

The Luna is unbelievable at this low price. The adjustable double humbuckers give you 3 sounds without pedals (Clean, Dirty, and Phased). I upgraded the strings to ultra-light, which makes it much easier to play. Compares to my Gibson SG at $2K! Heavy at 7 pounds, but solid. Doubles as club in tough venues.Only disappointment, plastic tuning keys. But at this price, you can afford to customize. Advice: Buy a case and a stand while you are at it to protect this sound investment.

Received the guitar very quickly and packaging was fully intact. As it is a Christmas gift have not altered the box.

Great guitar for not shredding your fingers on the tight strings of an acoustic so you can increase your practice time on this. Also great for those living in an apartment building so that not plugging it in can allow you to practice at any time without making too much noise. A solid, affordable guitar for practice.

My grandson is thrilled with it and is playing the string bending blues like crazy.....it's a great beginner guitar.

This Guitar has everything you need . The strings are close to the neck , to do fantastic rips with ease .It has a great sound , even without the amp . All I can say is get one , it's a Guitar for everyone
