The guitar arrived well set up and just slightly out of tune, which means they did a good job setting it up before shipping it out. I purchased the guitar to learn finger picking on. My main guitar is a $800 Fender strat with low action, so when this guitar arrived with low action, I was very happy. Not sure what brand the tuners are, but they do their job, the guitar stays in tune well. This guitar was made for finger picking, and it plays chords well also, well worth every penny. The guitar does not have a high gloss finish, but in this case that is a plus. It is also the first acoustic guitar I have ever owned that has two strap buttons, just like on an electric guitar - love it. Important to note is the free guitar case that comes with the guitar - this is no cheap case. It is built rugged, and has a lock with two keys, you would easily pay $80 in a music store just for the case. For the price, I was really surprised at just how well the guitar sounds, better then most guitars in this price range, and if someone stole it from me, I would run out and buy another one. This is my first purchase through overstock.com, but it will not be my last, a great company with great products.

Prior to buying this product I research the other guitars on this website and read all the reviews. My daughter has played the violin but wanted to learn the guitar. Due to not knowing if this would be a long term interest of hers I did not want to spend alot of money. I was alittle nervous reading the discussion on flat versus gloss appearance but thought, "what the heck". The delivery was fast (4 days I believe) and the item was packed very securely and with alot of bubble wrap for cushioning. I was so pleased: first at the quality of the case becasue my daughter will be taking this with her to college and I was worried about the guitar getting damaaged, and secondly at the quality and look of the guitar. I absolutely love the finish and so does my daughter. It gives it a natural look. As the other reviews stated, it was a bit out of tune but nothing that a friend couldn't help her with. She was very surprised, is playing it alot and shows it to everyone. I am 100% pleased with this puchase.

This product was as represented. Good quality guitar and case. I relied on other reviews and was not disappointedt. Seamless Overstock transaction - fast shipping. Never received update guitar had shipped just that the order was processing and it arrived before I had a chance to inquire.

The guitar and case arrived in an expedient manner. However, the finish on the guitar was flat, not shiny. This was not described in the product description. Also, the guitar strap button was improperly placed. Returned the guitar and purchased a FENDER

Guitar really sound great. Full sound, nice piece of work, well made. Very surprised a guitar could sell for such a good price. Case is REALLY nice too. Am amazed at the great deal. Guitar stays in tune, too...unusual for a less expensive guitar AND new strings. Love it. My first LUNA, and not my last to be sure. Thank you Overstock for a great deal. I was excited about receiving this guitar and it was delivered quickly as expected. It was packaged well. The guitar had a defect on the neck where it connects to to the head stock. There were cracks on each side of the neck that appeared to be glued that way. It did not appear to be damaged in shipping as it was in the hard shell case and wrapped. The case is totally awesome and worth way more than the guitar. I returned it the next day via UPS at no cost. I purchase from Overstock frequently and have no issues with them. I think this is a fluke. I went to Guitar Centers and bought a great Fender guitar package with all kinds of accessories, including a gig bag, for the same price.

Beautifully made and lovely sounding and much more than I expected. The hard shell case is a real bonus, too, for the price. I am a beginner, and this guitar seems to fit the bill nicely.

Guitar was a gift for my teen daughter who has been taking guitar lessons for about 6 months and needed an acoustic as she already had an electric. It came on time, and though box was slightly damaged, guitar case and guitar were in perfect condition. My father who has been playing for 40+ years was impressed with the hard case. Guitar looks great-a little more interesting than the ones we could get at the music store-and sounds great according to her teacher.

I purchased this for my daughter for Chrsistmas, she is going to love it!

Wow! This is an awesome guitar for the price and the hard carrying case is a bonus! My son enjoys playing this guitar as much as his electric one and the sound quality if great!

We bought this guitar for my 9 year old son who started guitar lessons. He LOVES his guitar. The sound is very good. His teacher recommended this brand of guitars and I liked that it came with a case. It was very easy to tune. The case is well built and has a small storage compartment, but is very heavy and my son has trouble carrying it for long distances. We also purchased a strap for the guitar to make it easier to use. Great deal for the money - we looked at other guitars that were over $400, without a case.

This guitar was recently purchased, and I was amazed at the quality of this guitar. The sound is very mellow and yet it carries a distinct sound that I was looking for. I am very happy to have chosen this product. The fretboard is easy to finger and the action was very good. I looked at higher end priced guitars but I will say I am pleased I purchased his one instead of the higher priced guitars. I think the sound was just what I was looking for in a guitar.
