I have always been interested in guitar, and played a little with my friend's guitar here and there, until i finally decided to buy one of my own. This guitar is superb! great sound, great style, I can't go without a day without picking it up. My buddies all love the sound of it and play it a little themselves. I have found to be worth every penny as of late and I highly recommend! happy playing.

After my husband lent his favourite guitar out and never got it back, this was the perfect gift for our first wedding anniversary. It wasn't expensive as the one he had, but to him it's "priceless". He loves it and plays it for me all the time. I just wsh there was a stand that went with it so I didn't have to shop around.

This guitar is good quality and it holds a tune well. However, when I bought this guitar I did not know it was a "JUNIOR" guitar, hence the maker Jay Jr. It is for children and I did not know this when I bought it. I has a much shorter fret board then regular guitars. I have no idea how to attatch the strap because it did not come with an attatchment on one side.

I bought this product with the intentions of learning how to play, when I showed it to my friends and instructor that play guitar, they were amazed at the awesome color (Blue) that I chose as well as the great sound that came from the guitar. I have recommended this product to a bunch of people!!

Everything that we received on the Acoustic Guitar was great, expect there was a huge scratch on the side of the guitar. It wouldn't have been to bad but it was on the side of the guitar that is pointed up and everyone can see. So we were really disappointed with that being on the guitar. Hopefully it is something that can be fixed, but we probably won't buy anything of that magnitude from Overstock because we can not see the product (to check and make sure there are now scratches, dents, ect.) on the item.

Purchased this guitar for my 15 yr old daughter. What I have heard from her: "It is beautiful", "haven't put it down yet", "it's perfect and I love it!" I think that sums it up pretty good..:)

Well, what an ordeal in getting this product...I ordered a week before I needed it and once I received it on schedule I open the box and what do I see but and electric guitar!!! Not even in the color I ordered the acoustic in. I was so upset b/c I needed it for the weekend.....I call CS and she said the only thing they could do was a replacement order. Come to find out it would take an additional 5-10 days. Needless to say very unhappy. Finally got some to hurry the order along. Didn't get it in time but didn't have to wait 5-10 days. Once I finally got it I was surprised how nice it was. It is NOT A JR Guitar!!!!! Full size I was missing parts just like some other reviews said that it would. I was missing picks and strings. I called CS and they are going to send out replacement parts some day..... Still haven't gotten them. Guitar itself was very pretty and sounds good.

got exactly what it says and is a great starter set

This gift was purchased for a Teenager with no guitar experience. The digital tuner included helped him to properly tune the sounds for a better overall experience. The delivery was made 'on-time' as promised and this was a great buy as well as a great buying experience.

Ordered the guitar and all it had was the guitar and the tuner, the strap was missing as well as the book of music, the gift was great but for the price i paid i expected a full product!

Overall, the guitar sounds good. We were disappointed that it wasn't a standard size guitar. The neck is shorter than a standard size guitar. Also, there's no where on the neck to hook the guitar strap on. But, it does sound good, and it looks good, and for a starter guitar, it's definitley a good value. It was a gift, and he was very pleased with it.

it did not come with the guitar picks and the tuner did not work. i have not yet tried the dvd but the guitar is in good condition and arrived quickly.

It's great for beginners to start off with. Comes with the guitar itself of course! The guitar scrap, pick, tuner and so on. Got it since a few days after the Black Friday Deals. and I got a chance to play with it a few days ago. It's looks great in the outside, it's has a nice sleek look there of my black guitar. But the only thing I found out while I was playing the guitar I found tiny pieces of wood in the floor that was coming out of the inside of the sound hole and I don't know if it's a normal thing to happen and I don't know if it's going fall part. But either than that there nothing i can say on the downside of things (NO strings hasn't pop out yet since I first got it SO THAT'S GOOD) . But so far this is a great guitar that I can recommend to anyone to a friend and to anyone out there that's starting off like me!!!

I bought this guitar for my daughters, ages 6 and 8. Easy to tune, sounds great - wonderful instrument for the price.

There were some missing pieces that were not shipped in the package that was displayed in the picture. In addition there is no way in connecting the strap to the guitar. That is a huge issue and when i asked customer service prior before purchasing, they said there seems to be no complaints about it. I thought it was resolved but i guess not, it's still an issue.Other than that, its a nice guitar and can hold a good tune. Its good for beginners and has a nice finish.

I bought this guitar back in the beginning of January. It's now the middle of August and to this day, I love this guitar. I am a beginner and I needed a sturdy but cheap guitar. It stays in tune, too. I don't remember which fret it was, but the low E string buzzes when I have the 12th fret (or somewhere near that) held down because it's touching the other frets below it. So I'd say it's not the best guitar ever built. But the other strings are fine. I would recommend this guitar to anyone who is a beginning guitar player.

I saw in a couple other reviews that there is no way to attach the strap at the neck, and I was hoping that those were the exception and not the rule. Alas, I cannot attach my strap at the neck. The sound is good except for some vibration....it seems that the frets should be filed. The finish is beautiful. Good beginner guitar package (except for the strap issue, that's a little annoying).

all around good guitar. i call it acamp fire guitar, or a starter guitar, doesnt matter if it gets banged up. its no martin, or guild, or taylor, not even close!! but it does make sound. craftsmanship is average to low, finish is average to good. rossette is a decal.............

This is a great guitar for a beginning student. I purchased it to begin a new hobby and it is working out very well. It holds a tune better that I expected and I am very pleased with it's performance.
