- Ivy is a very common house plant used both indoors and outdoors
- Often times you will see certain Ivies used for ground cover, arbors, trellis's, and of course Topiaries
- Ivy thrives in cool weather, 50-80 degrees is ideal, however Ivy will tolerate more extreme temperatures
- Our facilities often times see temperatures of 110 in summer and 30 in winter
- You may want to move Topiaries indoors if a freeze is expected
- Ivy does well in medium/bright light and thrives in filtered light
- Lightly water 1-2 times a week using approxiamtely 4-6 oz. of water
- Trim or wrap excess vines every 6-8 weeks
- Fertilize monthly with a balanaced fertilizer, ie 6-6-6 or 20-20-20 Or you may use a time release fertilizer or fertilizer stakes
- Occasionally Ivy will get some pests, for this we reccomend spraying with Safer's Soap; You may also use a little vegetable oil mixed with water in an atomizer; Also any general insecticde spray should do the trick as well; We reccomend doing this every 2 weeks as a preventative measure

This was purchased as a gift. The recipient wrote to tell me it arrived packaged so good that not even a leaf had fallen off. She was excited that it required little care and was good for allergies. I would definitely recommend this plant to all of my friends.
The ivies were perfect for my purpose (they were placed in tall wicker basket stands as part of the decor for a party) and continue to remain beautiful. They are very full and the hanging strands are long. I was so pleased with them as I had been a bit nervous about ordering plants this way.
