I ordered this for my Mom down in Texas for her birthday. It was delivered a day later than they promised. She said that the plant was in a box just floating around with no packing or anything. It's amazing it was actually still intact. Oh well...will know better next time.

Have not seen actual product. Sent as a condolence to a friend out of state upon the death of her mother. She enjoys it as a remembrance everyday.
