I ordered this topiary for a college friend in CA, and I did not realize it will take longer than I expected. I did enclose a message, but I guess it was missed because my friend called and asked me if I sent her a topiary. She said there was no gift card ( message) that came with the plant. Otherwise, she loves the gift.
