  • Poor Delivery

    I have been extremely happy with Overstock.com and their customer service but, I am not happy at all with the shipper, FedEx. I ordered the orchids & big island cookie gift pack which was sent 12/7/09 but did not get delivered until 1/3/10. The flowers were frozen and of course did not arrive for Christmas. FedEx did try to follow up but it was too late. I will continue to order from Overstock.com and hope that items will be delivered on a timely basis.
