I purchased these nice quality stained wood dominoes for my daughter who is in the Tri Delta sorority. They were great quality and nice looking. My only word of caution is to be careful when taking the lid from the bottom (as shipped) and putting it on the top. Let the wood acclimate first. We could not get the lid off for several days.
I purchased these dominoes as a gift for my son-in-law and was satisfied with the product. Although I am not a big player of dominoes my son-in-law and daughter love to play dominoes and all sorts of games. I was hoping for a quality product with a little something different. I would recommend this product. The only down side was the set was bit smaller than I expected. I think I should have read the measurements but all-in-all still a nice purchase.
Very beautiful wood game, Great christmas present. We played it that night. lots of fun and cool shapes too.
Purchased this for a gift for someone who has always loved the game, Triominoes. Quality is excellent. Have enjoyed playing this game. A nice showpiece for our game collection.
We really like this game. The craftmanship of the box and the nice wood make it fun to play and attractive at the same time
I had bought one and then bought two more for my dominos fans I am saving these for their birthday gift. They are beautiful wood but I can see that the colors may make it difficult to play (comments I read before buying them). Still, I think they are great gifts.
My family has been playing tri-ominoes for years and though the old black and white version has certainly withstood hundreds of games this new set has won us over, It took us a little time to get used to the dots instead of numbers, but since we also like to play dominoes the transition was not too hard. The wood gives the game a classier feel.
This is a great game to play. It keeps the mind sharp, and makes dominoes more interesting. The pieces are wood and hold up well.
The wooden tridominoes are the exact size of the ceramic ones that I have. For some reason, in wood, they seem much thinner and cheaper (maybe it's me) When playing with them, the colors of the dots seem to blend into the wood and are indistinguishable. Thats the only down part. The upside is that they fit perfectly into the custom box and its handcrafted box is crafted quite nicely. If a peice is missing, you would know instantly as they fit quite snugly into the box.The finish on the three sided dominos is quite good and the box itself is a conversation piece. I like dominos and three sides is more challenging than the two.
