This box is so nice! I was amazed to find it at this price. I have seen it cost more than *** from other stores. Like others have said, the shipping box is filed with glitter so be careful when you open it. The top is secure enough that no one would easily be able to take out off. I put a few starter cards inside so people would know what it was. Be sure to save the inner cardboard lining, as cards will fall through if nothing is on the bottom. You will love this!

This box is even more lovely in person! I was looking for something for people to put cards in at my daughter's wedding reception and this will do very well. It has a very clear slot and I'm going to put a starter card in there so people will know for sure what is meant to go in there. I'm also going to use some flowers and ribbon in their color to decorate it with. You may want to keep the cardboard piece in the bottom so cards don't slip out or wrap ribbon across the bottom... or even take the piece of cardboard and have a piece of clear plexiglass cut to fit. What ever you choose to do it will be a perfect addition to a gift table...

This wedding card holder is beautiful, when i received it i was missing some of the glitter, i guess from the bouncing around in the box during transportation. I went to local craft store and bought some glitter of the same size, some glue and a special sealer both on spray form and did the quick fix..Its look gorgeous specially at night with some candles or dim light setting, cant hardly wait to see it on our gift table, my friends and family will love it..

I was very excited to receive this item as I was getting married and thought it was very different from the usual basket that most people use. However, when I got it in the mail it was dented on 2 sides. The top did not fit properly and the glitter got everywhere.

This card holder will be perfect for my wedding. Decent price. Seems to be good quality. I like that it looks like a gift rather than the bird cage and fabric wrapped chests I've seen. The glitter comes off a little, but I don't mind that. I like that it's grey/silver. It matches our wedding colors perfectly. You can easily spray paint to change the color if you want.

This will be a pretty addition to the reception table at my son's wedding in May. Looks high quality, not cheap. Glitter falls off easily so don't handle it too much before you use it. Nice way to contain cards at a wedding

I took this as an extra small gift to a large Italian wedding where it is customary for money to be placed in envelopes for the bride and groom's honeymoon (or whatever they choose to spend it on). I spoke to the mother of the bride (who was not Italian) and she did not know of this tradition. I encouraged the bride to open the gift before the reception - a bit awkward, but when she opened it, she understood why I was asking this of her. The card holder was beautiful, and at the end of the wedding was overflowing with gift cards. Both bride and groom are happy, and started out their life together with a little nest egg for their future.

I ordered this card holder for my upcoming August wedding. I like it because it's something different than the usual birdcage or card box. It is very pretty, but every time you take it out of the package or handle it in any way, tons of glitter comes off and goes everywhere. I'm concerned that by the time I get it to my reception site there won't be any glitter left.

The card holder is not as shiny as the picture, it is quite dull. Also the glitter comes off really easy. You definitely need something at the bottom to hold cards in. I am in the process of trying to spray paint the holder gold...fingers crossed.

Used this card holder for my daughter's bridal shower and wedding. It really looked beautiful on the gift tables, and we received many compliments on it. We will be able to use this for other events also, such as college graduations and birthdays. Very pleased with this purchase.
