I sent this item to different people
I sent this product to 5 different people for Christmas. They all loved it. The only problem was even though I filled in the section for card indicating my message and that the item was from me... That message never got to attached to any of the 5 baskets I sent. I called to let people know that a "gift" was on it's way just incase the message card did not get attached. I am really glad I did otherwise no would have known the baskets were from me. That is the only improvement I can suggest for future. they need to find a way to make certain the personal messages are attached to the gift items.
