Very disappointing!
1st of all, this was sent as a gift to my sister and brother-in-law. It was supposed to include a message that recalled a great memory of our visit to the Ghirardelli shop in Chicago. They received NO MESSAGE at all and thought that the gift was a promotion sent by Ghirardelli or a distributor. They had no idea that I had sent it until I asked about it sometime later. She said there was very little chocolate in it. Since I had paid $$$ for it I asked if the box was special and she commented that it was pretty. It was a disappointing gift at best both for the sender and the recipient.
- How accurate was the sizing? For the price it seemed minimal
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Ghirardelli chocolate itself is excellent.
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? As far as I know since it was a gift.
