Good but need gift card
I purchased the mug to send to a friend who just had surgery who lives on another town. My only complaint was that I couldn't really send it as a gift (couldn't add a message, etc). So I had to call him and tell him it was from me so he would know. For a product like this, it would be nice if you could send it with a card or something to let the recipient know who it was from.
