I was looking for a more acoustic, jazz, cafe size drumset and this is a good size but the sound is still pretty big. I think it could be modified to have an open/closing high hat and maybe a larger cymbal but it is exactly what I was looking for and I already love it! The color is awesome. It came right away and was in great shape. It did not include any instructions but I got a real drummer to set it up and it's perfect.
