This item was purchased along with 2 other baskets on Feb 10 2012 and two arrived on Feb 13, 2012. This one did not arrive until Feb 16, 2012 and the balloon was deflated. Option to personalize was given, but name was not put on basket. This was the first time to order through this company and I will never order again. I paid almost 100.00 to have these arrive before or on Feb 14th, and this sent 3 days later than the other baskets.
