Don't do it as a gift!
The way this arrived was embarassing. I sent it to a friend and she had to completely repot the entire planter because all the dirt and plants were thrown all over the box. Very poor packaging.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. arrived in a box, strewn around, plants and dirt all out of the container. Embarassing as a gift.

I ordered this plant for a sick relative in Oregon and the price was very reasonable compared to other sites. Unfortunately, there was a shipping problem and the plant arrived in very poor condition. I have ordered from Overstock many times in the past but not live plants. I will not order plants any longer, however, I must say that the service in crediting my account and offering me a discount on my next purchase was very exceptional. They responded to my complaint quickly and I was very pleased with the outcome. I could hvae chosen to have a replacement plant sent, but I opted not to. Other than a shipping glitch, I have always been very satisfied with all previous purchases made with Overstock, and I will continue to use them in the future.
