These were sent to my Mother (85) for Mother's Day and she said they were beautiful. They came with complete care instructions. She was very pleased.
Wanted something other than roses to send for a special person. These orchids fit the bill. I was told they were beautiful. I only had the order picture to go by, and the colors delivered weren't exactly the same . Recipient, though was very happy with the product which was delivered on time.
i didn't see them but heard they were absolutely beautiful, and were delivered in a timely fashion.

It was a huge disappointment that you had no way of telling the recipient of this gift who the flowers were from. When I finished my order and realized you hadn't made provision for a message to the recipient (i.e., Happy Birthday!), or who the flowers were from I called. The rep told me this capability doesn't exist. Also, I had no idea of when the flowers would arrive so I had to call and let her know right after I placed the order what was going to come -- at some point in the future. She told me the flowers were nice but I didn't see them so don't know if they really were nice or not.
