  • nice product, but...

    my only complaint with this product is that what was shipped to me is not exactly like the photo. What I received does not have the small cut-out in the bottom center of the mat (where you could put a name and date). Luckily, this wasn't a big deal for me and we chose to keep the frame. Everything else is as described and of high quality. It was very easy to make the imprints and it looks quite nice hanging on our wall.

  • Is engraved plaque included?

    I ordered one of these from RedEnvelope and it was beautiful and came with an engraved plaque that allowed 2 lines of personalized text. I see the plaque here in the picture but I don't see anything about it in the description and I don't see anything asking me to enter the customized text. So, before I order this I am hoping that someone who already purchased this through Overstock will let me know if they received a plaque.
