Drums are perfect for beginner to intermediate. Cymbals are ok for just beating on. No complaints. Perfect for the price.

It was very good for the price. It should come with instructions but you can get them online. be sides reading other reviews i would not have known that. My daughter is 12 and has been taking lessons for a couple of years and really love having a compete set to practice on. She sounds great on them. She has played other instruments she seems to really enjoy this. I belive that she will get a lot of good use out of this drum set.

Did not come with instruction. My 16 year old son wanted to assemble the drum himself because he is the owner of the drum set. It was frustrating watching him get frustrated.

would definitely buy it again, good product @ good price, just wish it was made in USA, but even the expensive sets are made in china.

Perfect for our 9 year old. Unlike the other sets we looked at online, this one came with everything, including throne, cymbals, and drumsticks with a case! The manufacturer website has an easy to follow video for putting the set together. His drum teacher was pretty impressed with the quality and how well we were able to assemble it. He only had to do minor adjustments and tuning.

The instructions are on u-tube. there really easy to follow. Make sure you put ddrum D2 and not D1. My ten year old son proudly put this together by himself. He took it step by step and stopped the video when needed. I told him that he needed to do this in order to understand his drumset better or any drumset better in the future. If he has to tune it or work on it, he will know how and not be so helpless. When he got finished he let all his sisters and brothers know that he did it ALL BY HIMSELF. It really did help his self-esteem. His brothers tell me that this is a good drumset and should last a good while with normal usage. They are older and all are musicians. The price was much cheaper than where I normally shop for musical instruments (for the same set of drums) and I really wanted those bonus points! I really like O.CO

I love my drum set. I was so excited when I received them in the mail. I unpacked them and found that there were no instructions to put them together. I called a friend and he came over to help me. The drums are excellent beginner drum set. An extra bonus was the carrying case with the extra drum sticks. The sound on the drums are crisp. I was even impressed by the crash and the hi-hat. Great quality for the price.

Drum kit came very quickly and without any problems. The price was awesome. I assumed I would have to buy cymbals and a throne separately but was very pleasantly surprised that they are included. Please note that there are NO INSTRUCTIONS but also note that it turns out you don't need them. My nine year old daughter said "outta the way Mom, I know what to do". And she mostly did. It was up in 90 minutes and what you don't know you can find on the internet. She is very happy and after we get her cousin to tune them we will be in business. I must say it was cheaper than getting a floor tom and cymbals separately and should hold for awhile but since she likes the bass drum I see expensive drums in my future. Nice Starter Kit!!!
