I pruchased this humidor for a gift. It came packaged and protected very well. The packaging was dented a little and I thought that when I opened the box, I might find a damaged humidor. That was not the case. Its packaged so well it did not harm the humidor. The humidor it self is stunning. The inlaid wood top looks amazing. The drawer had a very small ding in it - so small I can hardly notice it, but other than that the quality/fit/finish is quite good. The tray fits perfectly and comes with an adjustable divider. The lock/key work easily but are more for show than anything else. Overall - an excellent humidor that is functional and affordable.

Cuban Crafters makes some very nice quality yet reasonably priced humidors. This is not a top of the line humidor but it also doesn't cost $800+. For the price you get a humidor that will keep your sticks fresh and the fit and finish is quite good. Mine's been up and running for over three years and it hasn't let me down in any way and I constantly get complements on it. Even the analog hygrometer was accurate which doesn't happen often with that type. They also back everything they sell with great customer service. This is my 4th humidor and I would highly recommend them. Along with humidors, Cuban Crafters also makes and sells some of the best Nicaraguan cigars I've smoked and they are also reasonably priced for the quality you get.

Humidor is great looking. However, from the start I was unable to calibrate the hygrometer (it has no adjustment capacity) and I never felt confident with its accuracy. I later purchased an additional digital hygrometer to put inside the humidor and determined a 5% variation. Also I'm having difficulty getting the humidity level up to 70%...I'm nearer 56%. Given the large size of this box I probably need to load it up with more cigars and beef up the humidification capacity. It's really a bigger unit than I probably should have purchased given my cigar appetite. Instructions and problem solving information could stand improvement. If I can bring the humidity up to 70% I'll be okay with the purchase, however I would not recommend this unit if you only want to store 15-20 sticks...it's just too big, and I suspect the proper humidity level will be difficult to maintain.

I didn't expect it to be as big or nice as it is. It is absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny. It was purchased as a gift and I can assure you is top notch and as classy as they get. I'm now thinking about getting one for my office because the woodwork is simply that nice. Saying I'm pleased is an understatement...and I received it in 3 days.

A perfect "kit" and it is solidly constructed with a beautiful finish. Instructions for conditioning and bringing humidor to correct humidity level are clear, simple, and you get everything you need (with exception of distilled water for future humidification needs). It is highly recommended if its capacity meets your needs.

Purchased as a gift for my husband several years ago now. He was blown away by the quality of the craftsmanship and the attention to detail. His friends always comment on how nice it is. The inlaid top is absolutely gorgeous and the quality of the hinges is fantastic. I did a great deal of humidor research before finally choosing this piece. It has all the high end features that you need in a humidor including piano hinges and the quality of the interior wood. Also, the seal of the box when closing is wonderful. One of the best pieces of advice I read when purchasing a humidor is always to go a little larger than you'd think to allow room for the collection to grow. The only down fall of the piece was the included humidifying kit. My husband upgraded the interior humidifying components from an outside source and that has made all the difference.

My husband loved this Humidor i bought him. The wood work is so nice and it smells good...it's probably the nicest thing we own.

A very attractive humidor at a great price! The only caveat-- the external analog hygrometer is essentially useless (it looks nice, though!)... but I have a digital one that I circulate periodically between my humidors to ensure they're keeping optimal RH. This one, upon filling it with cigars (that had been transfered from another humidor), was registering 74% right out of the box. The little accessory drawer is a great feature, too. All-in-all, it's a very nice looking box with great features and capacity, and it maintains stable humidity. What more could I want?

great capacity and very beautiful detailed wood work. the storage compartment drawer is very handy. it would be nice if there was an electronic, digital hygrometer.

This Cuban humidor is a handsome piece. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectation as I own a couple of othe humidors. This piece is by far larger than I expected. It will replace my other humidors. The breaking in period took longer than the eight hours recommeded to hit the ideal humidity levels. The only item that is not working well is the hygrometer. I followed the breakin instructions using the product supplied and was never able to get it to 75%. I will be returning the hygrometer. For the money it is a great buy.

It is a beautiful Humidor. One the of the supports inside the box was not attached properly but my husband fixed it.

I bought this humidor as a Christmas present for a family member and was blown away by the appearance and quality.I have three humidors myself including an $800 Daniel Marshall. If I had to replace any of mine I would purchase this same humidor without thinking.Best build quility I have seen under $200. Pictures don't do it justice. Bottom drawer for lighters/cutters is a very nice and practical addition.Buy with complete confidence, one of the best values anywhere among humidors!

I've bought this humidor for my husband for this Christmas. The picture is great but just doesn't do it justice. It is just stunning. Very good quality and when you open the lid of the humidor you can smell the fresh wood smell. I can't wait to give it to my husband. If you're thinking of buying one his would be a great choice. Plus it came in double boxed packaging.

The humidor arrived double boxed with no damage. This unit is very attractive, with nice fit and finish made by Cuban Crafters. Features an adjustable hydrometer, quality hardware and tight seal. Given the prices I have seen for lessor humidors, this is an excellent value and I am pleased with the purchase. If you are wanting or needing a big table top humidor, you will be challenged to find better without spending much, much more.

This humidor is so gorgeous! It is a great quality product. It was easy to set up and now my cigars are doing really well in this humidor. My only complaint is that the humidifier falls from its place once in a while because the magnet it comes with is not very strong. To solve this problem I just put on another magnet which is no big deal. I am very happy with my purchase. I bought it as a gift for my husband and he thinks I spent a whole lot more money on it than I did. Thanks Overstock!

This humidor is great! The wood is beautiful, the quality is fantastic and price was the best part! The only complaint I have is the actual humidifier piece on the inside didn't stay with just the velcro they send to you. We had to use double sided tape to make it stick. Other then that, i would highly recommend this product!

Wow, the picture on the site does this product no justice. My husband and I were both surprised on the quality and the style of the box itself it is gorgeous! Much, much more than I expected. Would definately recommend with hestitiation for anyone to purchase. It is a nice display case not something you stick in your closet. Enjoy!!

Looks like a million dollars. What a find! It looked great in the pictures; but they don't do it justice. I bought it for a gift. Now my boss thinks I spent over $1,000.00 for it. I didn't have to say a word. The humidor said it all. It is much bigger than I thought, and the quality and workmanship, well, WOW JSP

I wasn't sure what I was going for, but it was on my boyfriend's list....I did some research with the local cigar shops where I live, and they said this was an excellent humidor and an even better deal with the price. I was impressed with the look of the humidor, even though I don't know much about them, however the important thing was whether the BF was going to like it.....the look on his face when he opened it said it all!!! He was estactic! Definitley a great gift for a BF, dad, father in law, etc.....
