While this humidor does indeed look great, I have some concerns about the quality of the seal. It seems that the level of humidity inside the unit is on a roller coaster and changes with each and every change in the environment. I tried e-mailing the Cuban Crafters customer support, but after nearly two weeks, they haven't responded.

This is a great humidor for the money and really attractive. It was exactly the right size too. It was delivered quickly and was nicely packed. I noticed some other reviews mention hygrometer issues, but mine so far seems to be working properly. It is hard to get the humidity up really high the way it's set up but I'm in Hollywood FL and I smoke everyday, and we have plenty of extra humidity! Anyway, I would recommend this to anyone; it's a great product.

Bought this for my husband. He loves it. He has had other humidors over the years but he said this one keeps the humidity in and is very stylish for his office. Great product!

I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR A REPLACEMENT FOR MY OLDER SMALL HUMIDOR. I CAME UPON THIS ONE AND SAW A FURNITURE QUALITY PIECE. WHEN IT ARRIVED I WAS IMPRESSED. THERE WAS ONLY ONE PROBLEM. THE HYGROMETER MUST HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN SHIPPING AS IT IS A VERY SENSATIVE THING. I CALLED THE SELLER DIRECT CUBAN CRAFTERS. THEY HAVE A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM ASAP. GOT A NEW ONE SHIPPED AND IS WORKING PROPERLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR PURCHASING CIGAR RELATED ITEMS AS THEY ARE A NO WORRY STAND BY THE PRODUCT COMPANY. ALSO IN CLOSING OVERSTOCK WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE END TOO.

I was very timid to buy a humidor, without inspecting it first, especially online!
I liked this one a lot, and I continue to be very pleased with it. Although, I do have to say that the instructions it came with are not that clear, and according to a humidor/cigar expert, are not that accurate.
Overall, it was a good deal, very good value for money!

I received the humidor and the temperature gauge was broken. The customer service staff was very professional and offered excellent customer service when I called them for a replacement part. I couldn¿t tell you the last time I had a courteous person on the other end of the phone when I have contracted customer service. I have ordered in the past from OverStock.com and I will in the future.

The humidor is very nice, but it is NOT cherry, it is rosewood. The manufacturer makes both, ROJO is their Cherry version and ROSA is their Rosewood. Upon receiving the Rosewood humidor, I returned it thinking I was sent the Rosewood in error only to have another Rosewood humidor sent again. If you are not expecting a deep rich Cherry wood tone, the lighter, more pink toned Rosewood is nice and the humidor design is nice.

the humidor itself it beautiful! it was a christmas gift to my father and he LOVED it. the only issue was that one of the legs broke off in shipping. i decided it was just easier to fix it myself.

This humidor is pretty awesome. It has a good price point compared to similar humidors, and the when you throw in the extras it's pretty much the best deal you'll find. I wasn't overly impressed with the humidifier that came with this unit, but it worked well enough. It's a nice looking humidor in person, and holds enough cigars for my purposes. Definitely worth looking at if you don't have oodles of cigars.

Just purchased this humidor for my husband for Christmas. Unpacked to check out for any shipping damage before I put away for the holidays. No problems--shipped with a lot of packing. I think he will love it-the quality and craftsmanship is more than I expected. It definitely is a great gift for any cigar smoker..

Humidor was packaged well to prevent damage during shipping. Humidifying solution bottle was not sealed properly and leaked a bit into the box, but did not damage other items. (I think they knew it was leaking because there was tape over the top of the bottle). Hygrometer calibrated to 70% humidity very quickly and reads accurately compared to my digital hygrometer. The brass ring around the hygrometer has some dullness where it should be polished, but it is minor. I thought the finish would be darker brown. Instead, it is more cherry colored, but still looks good.
It is a great humidor for the price. The humidifying solution and stainless cigar cutter are a nice bonus.

What an AWESOME buy! I bought this for my husband as a gift for our anniversary and it is beautiful, nicely crafted, and it works GREAT which is the most important! His cigars are finally kept moist and he said the taste is a night /day difference.

This was a fantastic gift for my father, it was a thank you for all that he did for my wedding. It was just as described, great quality and little bonuses inside the humidor. This is a great product and I highly recommend it!

I just received the Museo Rojo humidor. The package was double packed and arrived super fast. This is a knockout! This construction is FLAWLESS!! This lid seal is perfect and the wood is gorgeous. My wife loves it too, not for its ability to keep a fresh smoke but because it makes a really dope piece of furniture. I agree. Also, the sexy beveled glass allows me and others :) to gaze at the collection without opening it. Worth every cent. Collecting cigars...I'm thinking about collecting humidors looking at this one.

Beautiful! I bought it for my husband. He wanted a bigger humidor. This is gorgeous. He loved it. Bought him some cigars too. 2nd time on overstock, 2nd time he loved them again. Your rock overstock! You save me a bundle too!
