This jewelery box is very large and well thought out. The bottom drawer has 30 compartments for smaller items like earrings and pendants. The front half of the middle drawer has ten medium sized compartments and the back half is a single large compartment. The top drawer is divided into six compartments front to back. To top, which locks, has two ring rolls across the the entire width plus four large compartments. The cover has nine hooks for chains with a pocket to contain them. The dramatic red lining is what caught my eye on the web page., and I wasn't disappointed. The cherry finish and bright brass hardware are just right for the price - not cheap, but don't expect rare wood grains worth several hundred dollars either. I've had it for a couple of months now and it seems to be standing up to frequent use just fine. If I ever run out of space, I'll buy another one just like it.

I bought this jewelry box to replace one that I had for 40 years. This product far exceeded my expectations! It is beautiful, functional and large. I had considered a standing armoire type jewelry storage system, but I don't need it now. There are so many sections which are very versatile that I don't need anything else. In fact, the jewelry box inspired me to look at all my jewelry and save only the very best. I know this will give me a lot of pleasure throughout the years.

This is a terrific jewelry box for the money. It looks expensive and is well-constructed. Plenty of room for a sizeable collection, especially earrings or pins. I looked for a while and couldn't find anything as nice that didn't break the bank. I am very satisfied. The only possible drawback, in my opinion, is that this box will not accommodate a significant number of very chunky necklaces.

The jewelry box was large enough to accomodate my many pieces of jewelry and quality and looks were good for the price. However, there is one flaw. The compartment for hanging chains is too small so everytime I open the top lid, the chains come flying out and have to be replaced before closing the box. Very annoying.

I just got the box...with many dents, splited, and damaged corner..Not only out side, but inside too. When you really look, you will find more poor workmanship and poor quality of material. This was a disappointed purchase and quickly returning it.

I purchased this jewelry box for my wife. It looks very nice on the outside, no scratches, all the drawers fit great. The lid and drawers also open and close well. Inside is very nice as well. I think it will be looking great on our dresser for years to come!

I was a bit hesitant to order this jewelry box but it had a lot of divided space for earrings which was what I was looking for, specifically. The box is absolutely gorgeous. The staining is even with a semi-gloss finish. The brass is highly polished. The interior hinges are as beautiful as everything else. The craftsmanship is very, very good and the item is in mint condition. Not a scratch or imperfection on it, the handles were wrapped for protection, the box very well packed. Although the picture doesn't show a lock, there is one. The top locks down and a tassled key is included, which is an added bonus. The bottom of the box is completely covered in felt so you never have to worry about scratching a surface when you set it down. I am very pleased with my purchase and when my husband saw it, he thought the value and quality were excellent, as well. Do not hesitate to order this item, you will not be disappointed. Should you decide to order it as a gift for someone else, you will find it difficult to give away after you see it, you'll want to keep it for yourself.
