Bungalow Cat Furniture 62-inch Tree Condo

This was extremely easy to put together, even to someone like me who normally can't do the "some assembly required" thing. The fabrics used are nice, my cats like to knead the fluff on the platform and the ropes on the poles. The color blends in well with my decor, and its not super noticeable. However, I haven't really seen either of my cats in the hammock. And, the little tube things need to be bigger because one of my cats is too fat to fit into them (or my cat needs to diet, whatever). However, overall my cats love this condo, and I would buy it again.P.S. There was no smell to it at all.

Have just acquired 2 young cat sisters and live with one very senior cat. They need to be indoor cats as there is a lake at the bottom of the garden-my friend across the lake has almost lost one of hers who fell in...so need something to amuse them indoors. Did not realize just how successful this was going to be...they now live on/in it...lots of things to play with...it is in living room next to a window looking on to the garden & lake. Not too hard to assemble as long as you have a 2nd set of hands. Instructions are very clear. The cats insist on hanging(that is the correct word) around on it...while watching the birds in the garden...

Wish I were as enthusiastic as other reviewers - for me this gets high marks for appearance and it is stable, especially if you have 3 large cats. Also assembly is a bit cumbersome, but quick - not bad at all.Although the cream fleece covering is nice and the assembled piece is stable, the fleece is kind of thin and doesn't wrap under the the boards. The posts are some sort of fiberboard, they are well covered with sisal but reminded me more of postal mailing tubes than anything. The top platform on mine doesn't screw in straight and wobbles, a major point as cats like to get up high, so I am going to have to hit the hardware store to rectify that. Thought my cats would be all over this but they continue to prefer their old sturdy wood and carpet tree. It's the first Overstock purchase I have been disappointed in, don't think this is worth the money. Also it does have a slight smell which I hope will fade. It's OK, and I think kittens especially will love it and it works for bigger cats, but I am going to cut up the hammock to pad the platforms more and generally add some things to this - would return if it wasn't such a pain.

My cats love this Tree Condo - the younger one more than the older one, but he's coming along. I can't comment particularly on durability since I've only had it a few weeks, but it appears to be well constructed. It is a nice looking piece and has lots of levels for the cats to look out the window. I set this up by myself and it went together pretty easily. Since you construct it from the bottom up, you need to have a chair or some other obstacle to prop it up on while constructing. All parts were included. Well packed. Prompt shipping and delivery.

Am so pleased with this condo. Had no smell as I had read about in other reviews. Able to be used by many cats at the same time. Very safe--no tipovers. Soft and cuddly fleecelike covering. Also read reviews about the poor durability of the mouse. Must depend on the cats. One room lasted 3 days, the other, a month. Even off the condo, the mouse provides hours of good fun. Thanks for a great product!
