Great product but bad customer service
The product was great and my friend loved it, but although I wrote a Birthday note, my friend never received the note and when she called overstock.com to inquire about the gift, Overstock said that they sent her the gift as a courtesy gift. She has never ordered anything from Overstock before. I've ordered quite a bit of stuff from Overstock and I was a little disappointed that they told my friend that this was a gift from them. Other than that everything else was good.
