The American Wheat is a great all around beer. The instructions are very clear & the results are great for novice brewers. I just cracked open one of the finished beers & it is very tasty.

This was the first beer purchased on O. I have bought others with friends but this has been the best tasting ever. The beer tastes almost like Pyramid Hef but better. The kit was easy to do and very straight forward. I would buy this kit again and again.
