  a little dissatisfaction with this order. suggestion, all your items must be pack with good shield protection. lucky the guitar was not damage because there are no extra protection inside the box.

  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? first the first guiatr came with defect. a piece of loose wood is inside the guitar. second the gig bag included is missing. after i reported it, the guitar was replace and no gig bag replacement came with it.

  I originally purchased the acoustic guitar for my 10 year old great niece for Xmas. Wow...never did I image that the guitar would be so well made; the quality, color, and craftmanship for a beginner's guitar was unbelieveable. She absolutely loved it! Her Dad and I loved it as well. Very Pleased
