Product care: Cut stem ends in a diagonal cut to assure proper hydration. Cut stem ends preferably under water to avoid air suction into stem which causes bent heads. All of our flowers are shipped from around the world, direct to you. Your flowers will arrive fresh and may include thorns and leaves. Shipping TImes
The flowers were fine but they came three days too early. I followed the shipping schedule exactly and ordered them on the specified day so that the flowers would arrive fresh on the day I needed them but they arrived three days early. Fortunately, this particular flower has a long vase life and they didn't wilt but a more fragile flower could have been trouble.
