I would've given a 5 star if I had a tech support phone number with this. Was able to put this together easily EXCEPT for the double screw in pieces. Rather tricky to secure both ends especially under the house. Had to cut carpet to hold the bolt-type piece with apliers so I could screw in section without it popping up. Otherwise, my cat LOVES it! The instructions weren't perfect but I managed although I continue to check for durability.

The cat bungalow was a great purchase. The cat loves it, the product was delivered 'the next day', the price was competitive.

this condo looks awesome and was easy to put together despite there being no instructions included. it fits perfectly where i have it. the only thing is my cat still is unsure about it. it's been almost a month. he tries to still find his old condo of 4 years. he won't climb up on the 2 top levels. i put him up there then he frightfully tries to escape. weird because my cat always walks the banister of my 2 story house and gets into some other unsafe high places. i hope he'll come around to using the whole condo soon. a very good price for a great condo but every cat has there own preference i guess.

I bought the kitty bungalow for my two brand new kittens in order to give them somewhere to play and scratch and avoid using my furniture. It has worked wonderfully! They play together on it non stop and love to also nap inside the house. This item is a lot more durable than I thought it would be. They are constantly tugging on the little toys that hang from the tree and so far have not been able to pull them off. They do not use the hammock to sleep in but do chase each other around it. This item was easy to assemble and although it is very large it does not look like an eye sore in my home. I would recommend this product to anyone who has multiple young cats.

It took me probably a little bit longer than most to put it together--about an hour.It looks great--sturdy with soft fabric. All three of my cats love it. It's been about two weeks and nobody yet has dared to try out either of the "shelf" platforms at the very top. I don't know if they have even noticed that there is an additional "story" to explore. It's too high for me to lift them into them. Both look so cozy, so I hope that at least one will jump up so that the others will see that there are even more possibilities.
