The cake designer was unable to use this on top of the cake because she was unable to make it stand up without damaging the cake. We had to run out and buy something locally at the last minute. It is an attractive object for perhaps a paper weight but not appropriate for on top of the cake.

We purchased this for our parent's 50th wedding anniversary. It looked wonderful on the cake and we were very pleased with the modern look!
