Orders are not shipped over the weekend to keep flowers as fresh as possible. Due to the perishable nature of this item, returns are not accepted.
Our goal is to have fresh cut flowers to you 4 business days from the time of harvest.

Product care: Cut stem ends in a diagonal cut to assure proper hydration. Cut stem ends preferably under water to avoid air suction into stem which causes bent heads. All of our flowers are shipped from around the world, direct to you. Your flowers will arrive fresh and may include thorns and leaves. I ordered late Sunday night and flowers were delivered at 9:30 am on Friday - exactly as the delivery schedule shows. My shipping notification email didn't come until Saturday morning and I was stressed about whether the flowers would be on time. You do have to be at home to sign for them, apparently depending on the carrier. (Mine came UPS and I did not have to sign, but I was home.)
That said - I would order these again in a heartbeat. They were strapped down in the box with individually wrapped heads, and they were fresh, fresh, fresh. After 6 hours in water to freshen, they went into several arrangements Friday night and are still fresh looking today - Monday. These things are HUGE and showy and just beautiful. The stems are very sturdy and very thick, very easy to work with. The price beats other jumbo calla offers with a stick.
I could not be more pleased. This was my first flower experience with Overstock - I didn't even know they had flowers, but I have ordered online from several places and this product was spectacular. Wow. I'd do it again. Perfectly gorgeous.

They were gorgeous! Left a beautiful impression. They didn't last long but wow what a first impression. Well worth the cost. I have gotten calla lilies before and although they are a fragile flower they have lasted a bit longer. On the up side there were so many that we just kept removing the ones that were wilting faster.
The calla lilies arrived on time and in excellent condition. They were a hit at the bridal shower we gave. I would not hesitate to order from here again. Awesome job!
