Excellent customer service from Overstock
I purchased two buckets of this food. One got lost in transit. Overstock worked with me to get my replacement product which arrived yesterday. UPS which was responsible for delivery was not responsive to my email requests to track the lost package, so Overstock replaced it. I am very satisfied with Overstock's customer service in getting a replacement for my purchase. They called to confirm when it was not found and responded to several of my emails on the status of the order. Thanks to Michelle G. at Overstock for great customer service.

Emergency Food
Hope we never have an emergency where I need to use this...ie; earthquake or whatever...but we need to be prepared for any catastropic event...have heard good things about the quality of their products..price seems to be better than other places..will use for camping in years to come...

Food for Unexpected Conditions
We have been purchasing freeze-dried foods for that "just in case" scenario that you hope will never happen in your life time. We were going to order this product and then it was gone in a flash. I went to other sites that I've used for getting really goods prices on items such as this, but to my dismay they were quite a bit more costly! Now I know why O.Co's went so quickly-they were a minimum of $10 less than the cheapest site that I could find that even had them in stock! I put my email address in at the site at Overstock so that when it came back into stock I would definitely buy some more. And when I got the email from O.Co I did just that! I haven't tried them yet but they sound very good and healthy too. They have very little fat or cholesterol to my pleasant surprise! You also get 20 servings of rice. You can't beat that at that price-not even at the Wise site. We are thinking that maybe 2 containers may not be enough-we are going to try them out and if they are as good as they sound then I think we'll be back on that site again. Thank you for having the best prices and fastest delivery on the web that I could find!

HOPE IT'S NEVER NEEDED
Bought as EMERGENCY SUPPLIES, so I hope I won't have to use them, ever! My research led me to buy this brand and Overstock had the best price. Simple common sense. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

Be Prepared!
We have not tried the products but like the variety offered. Our disaster preparedness items include a lot of legumes and grains; we thought this product would provide additional variety. Pray we never open the container!
