    I live in San Francisco and bought this pack of 5 Space Emergency Blankets to keep in the car for emergencies. And yet I think that this could be used in other places for other types of emergencies, not just earthquakes. A blanket like this can keep a person warm in case of an accident. I think it would make a good addition to any emergency kit. They are very light and hardly take any space in the car.
