  It's smaller than I thought, it's palm size, like an old transistor radio. Can't set it for continuous monitoring on batteries, they die in about a day. You have to buy a separate a/c adapter. I haven't gotten one yet, but I'm guessing $5-10 more for that.

  I've owned these before but couldn't find one locally so I was happy to purchase it on Overstock. This is great to have in your car for roadside emergencies (drivers ignore regular lights). I have it primarily for camping to flag for help. Recent article on mushroom pickers lost in wilderness for 6 days shows what happens to the unprepared. Buy several!

  I pitched the amber lens (cuz I'll never use it) but I like the different sequencing options on the red light. Nice & bright!
