I must disagree with the previous reviewer on the temperature rating. I strongly do not believe this sleeping bag is adequate for -50F. I have a 15F mummy that is far warmer to sleep in than this bag with the same environment (slept in both overnight at around 60F in the open with a fair breeze). I would probably rate it closer to a 30-40F sleeping bag. Other than that, it is a very comfortable sleeping bag. I'm 6 foot and I can fit in it fine (though there is maybe one inch left at my feet). It does seem to be a bit wider than most rec. sleeping bags that I have used over the years. The last thing I will note is that it is a rather bulky sleeping bag (which most cloth lined seem to be). The stuff sack it comes in does not really allow for the user to cinch it down to reduce the size.
Bought the sleeping bag for an elk hunt in Colorado. The night temp dips below -25 in the High Country so I needed something warm, roomy and easy to transport. Bottom line ... the Grizzly -50 is all this and more, and an excellent value from Overstock!
bag your bod in this thing were talking comfy, really, really comfy-nice and soft and warm-and big so you aren't cramped-i'm only 5'7" so take your size into consideration-nice if you like to extend your legs out to side/arms out whilst z'in-hood is really nice too-zipper is smooth seems to be of good quality-rated for -50,but i've only been to about 40 farenheit so far-very good at this temp
