The dried whole eggs were shipped and received promptly and were exactly as advertised. The eggs taste just fine and are a very good substitute when fresh eggs are not available. I like the fact that an unopened tin's shelf life is 10 years, and you can use an opened tin for up to one year. Also, the date on the tin was very close to the date it was shipped to us, so the product is fresh. I would not hesitate ordering this product again.Read More

This item has only two ingredients: whole eggs and sodium silicoaluminate, which acts as an anticaking agent.
Where is nutritional info and ingredients? I'd like to know how much sodium.
