The palmOne Tungsten E2 is easy to use. The only problem was when I received it, it had a European charger and I couldn't use it. I called and the representative was very nice and I had a US charger in less than a week.

Overall happy with the product, once the power cord was replaced, which took about a week.

I cannot rate the product as I returned it due to my own decision not to continue with this product line. Overstock service was great, fast on the shipping end, and good on the procedures used to return the merchandise easily and at no cost.

This was actually a replacement unit for me ... for the second time. I had both of my earlier units stolen, but, after another brand which was not Mac compatible (and not backed up), having my previous Tungsten stolen was not the big problem that I had with the Windows-only unit. I just plugged this new one into my laptop (with the included cord) and let it sync to the existing files. Very comforting to know that is possible. While a lot of this kind of thing is now being done with Smart Phones, I still like a few things to be dedicated, not multi-function, and the addressbook and planner setup is one of them. The Palm unit is pretty non-invasive, as the battery holds out for quite a while before needing a charge ... and you can do that while letting the information update between the stored computer file and the Tungsten memory. Convenient size and easy to stick in a brief case or camera case and have everything along. Much neater than an old Address Book ... how can they even sell those things anymore? In short, I have had one of a series of Palm Tungstens for many years now, and certainly hope that they will continue to be available. Perfectly happy with these little units.

The product performed exactly as my old one which had failed. It was impossible to get the old one repaired since Palm has merged with Hewlett Packard.

I have enjoyed the latest version of a "Palm Pilot" for more than 10 years. However, they are no longer manufactured or supported. This means that there is no driver for Windows 7 so when you get a new computer you can no longer sync to your computer which was the best and most important feature. Before I changed to a new computer with Windows 7 I would have rated the Palm Tungsten E2 as Excellent. Easy to use and a great way to keep up with a lot of information.
