The Find search feature has bugs in the firmware - it only shows the first screenful of search results and won't go to additional screenfuls of results. The SD card is limited to 1GB - 2GB won't work - which limits its use as an MP3 player. Palm's spec's don't mention that, but if you dig deep in their tech support web site you'll see. Their own solution to the awknowledged Find function bug is to buy 3rd party replacement software, but the two I tried were awkward, slower, and too complex for everyday use. It's a show-stopper if you rely upon it for business as I do. Also, the Find shows only the notes field of Contacts if that's where the found text is located - doesn't display the contact company, phone, etc, which sort of defeats the purpose. Also, FWIW, I bought what I thought was a new one elsewhere and it had a lot of issues although it looked new - couldn't keep time, wouldn't power up reliably, etc even with no 3rd party software and immediately after hard resets. Turns out, according to Palm, it was a factory refurbished unit, with no warrantee from them. So, I won't be buying a refurbished unit again. In general, I do like this unit after having owned a Zire 72, Zire 31, Zire 21, and m105. The picture viewer is not as good as the Zire 72 which would zoom in and was faster showing them, but that had a camera, too. Oh, also, the keylock feature is useless for the purpose of preventing accidental turn-on from the address, etc. buttons - required some extra power-on step when enabled or something impractical besides just limiting power-up to the power button - don't recall the detail now. It was akin to the keylock on my cell phone still allowing you to dial 911 accidentally by disabling all the other number buttons but 9 and 1, thereby insuring if you accidentally dial from being in your pocket, it WILL be 911 that you dial.
