I was leary of making a purchase at a site where none of my friends had frequented. But to my surprise the product came and it was beyond my satisfaction. I did not want to have an item whereas my phone and my daily calender would be together. The ease of use was fantastic as i am not a techie!! I use all aspects of it and have not needed any help in its use. For the Mom on the go or just the everyday Joe this keeps your life in order . I no longer need to carry planners etc to doctors etc. From your contacts to memos to daily planning its just the best item i have purchased in a while. I purchased the E2 because of its good overall reviews and I haven't been dissapointed. I previously purchased the Zire 31 which I used everyday as a work tool, my brother is now using it. I keep all my customers under contacts and use the calendar to schedule my visits. This tool has been very helpful to me, keeping me aware of my scheduling.
My only complaint is the E2 doesn't support larger SD cards. I found this out when I purchased a 2Gig card. The device doesn't see it at all. I looked for solutions but there doesn't seem to be any.
I was very happy with my purchase from Overstock, the product arrived in what appeared to be New condion.

The Palm is great in itself, but when it arrived there were not any instructions or directions included. I had a tough time at the beginning because I did not know how long to charge it or if it was already charged. The palm I ordered said that it was an open box, but it did not come in it's original box at all, just a brown cardboard one.

I received this product in great condition. It has everything I need to keep up with contacts and keep tract of our families many activities. It was easy to start using immediately. I have had a little problem down loading the spreadsheet info because we have Vista. I would recommend this product to anyone that needs to keep tract of their busy life.
