ifrogz iphonewrapz Red 3G Apple iPhone Case

I was looking for a hard case and thought this was indeed a hard case but it wasn't. I also thought it was to come with a new screen but it didn't come with that either.

The ifrogz iwrapz case for the iPhone 3GS is a very nice case. The case fits snuggly, provides good protection for the sides and back, allows easy access to the buttons and connector, and gives a nice feel with a decent non-slip grip. With the case on, my iPhone still fits in my leather side holster and fits snug enough that it won't fall out if the holster is accidentally left open. Also the included screen protector is of nice quality and provides ample protection for the display if you decide to just drop the phone in your pocket.

I loved the looks of the case and I had gotten many compliments on it, but in one week a large piece cracked and broke off, the red finish scratched off as well, in several places. It is a really sharp looking case but lacks the needed durability.

The red iFrogz hard case was rather hard to put on and take off, but so was stunning that I kept it anyway. I bought it just before going to Florida on vacation and after a couple days, I noticed the red color started to crackle on the sides first, then all over. Within a few days it flaked off, leaving some sort of black plastic underneath. It may have been the heat and/or the sun, but after a week, it was ruined. I'd be very careful where you use it if you choose to buy it.
